1. What CoachReel Is

CoachReel is a Windows desktop application for sports coaches to annotate, clip, and export coaching video reels. By downloading or using CoachReel, you agree to these terms.

2. License

CoachReel is licensed per individual user. You may install and use CoachReel on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software.

The Free tier is provided at no cost with no time limit. The Pro tier requires an active subscription. If your subscription lapses, your account reverts to Free — your projects, clips, and annotations are never deleted.

3. Your Content

You own all video files and coaching content you create or import. CoachReel processes your content locally on your device and never uploads it to our servers. We make no claim over your content.

4. Acceptable Use

CoachReel is intended for lawful coaching and sports analysis purposes. You agree not to use CoachReel to process content you don't have rights to, or in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

5. Subscriptions & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; annual subscriptions renew annually. You may cancel at any time — you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase are handled case-by-case; contact support with your order details.

6. Warranty & Liability

CoachReel is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the software. We recommend keeping backups of important project files.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of CoachReel after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
