1. Data We Collect

When you activate a license, we collect your email address. We also store a license token (a random identifier) in your device's secure credential store (Windows Credential Manager) and non-personally-identifiable license status information (tier, expiry dates) in local application storage.

The CoachReel desktop application runs completely offline. Your video files, project files, annotations, and clips never leave your device. We do not upload, process, or store any of your coaching content.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your email is used solely to identify your account, manage your license, and send license-related notifications (activation confirmation, expiry reminders). It is never sold or used for marketing without your explicit consent.

3. Data Storage & Processors

Your email and license status are stored in our secure database (Supabase, hosted in the EU). Payment is processed by Stripe — CoachReel never stores your payment card details. Our backend API runs on Cloudflare Workers (EU routing). Each service acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement.

4. Cookies & Analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not share data with third parties. No cookie consent banner is needed.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for up to 3 years from your last active subscription. You may request earlier deletion at any time using the "Delete my account" button inside the CoachReel License dialog, or by contacting us at the address below.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Use the "Delete my account" option in the CoachReel License dialog to exercise your right to erasure. For data access or correction requests, contact us at:
